All races are 2000 meters.
Heat
and erg assignments may have been changed
from what was posted on the website.
We try to keep you in the same heat as originally assigned and
posted, but check your competitor’s card for any updated heat/erg assignments.
- Please
go directly to Athlete Check-In in the lobby, where you must:
1. Sign a waiver. (Minors - please submit your waiver that has been signed
by your parent or guardian.)
2. Get Competitor's Card (ARC). This will be required for
your entry onto the race floor. Make note of your erg assignment and start time on your
competitor’s card. Please check
all information on your card.
- Lightweight and Coxswain
competitors: Check In first and then weigh in. You must bring your
ARC to weigh-in.
- Weigh-in
is as follows: Lightweights and Coxswains must weigh-in within a 1-hour
time frame, starting two hours before the start of your race.
Your
weigh-in must be completed by 1 hour before your event. Follow
the signs from Check-In to Weigh-in. Weigh-in will
open at 7am and will close at 1:15, but it is the competitor's
responsibility to know when Weigh In is open for him/her.
See rules. LWT competitors must bring
their Athlete Registration Card to weigh-in.
- If you’re not at your assigned erg five minutes before
your scheduled start time, you risk being disqualified.
